The Europe 2020 strategy

The strategy aims to boost economic and financial growth in the European Union over the next decade. The rapidly changing global context means that the EU must become a smart, sustainable and inclusive economy. The strategy will therefore help Europe’s regions to achieve high levels of employment, productivity and social cohesion. It was published by the Delegation of the European People’s Party Committee of the Regions.
